REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be received in writing. Refund requests received on or before January 19, 2024 will be refunded in full, less a EURO 70 administration fee. Refund requests received after January 19 and before April 19, 2024 will be refunded 50%.
No refunds will be given after April 19, 2024.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION:
In the event that the conference is cancelled for any reason, registrations will be fully refunded.
